I am really pissed now. 

 

Yes, Tom pmed me. Then, what? Is my problem solved? No!

Trying to do some feather action to help? No!

Did anyone call me? No!

I understand you guys are saying I couldn't prove I am the number holder because I couldn't give correct information. SO, why don't you call the number and investigate into it??

 

Is this how you helping someone like this? If so, please stop replying it and let It be.

We can’t call the number as we aren’t an outbound calling team, we work off the community site alone and would only speak directly to an account holder about their account.

We do not have a phone number for contact, sorry.

 

0333 003 7777 is the payment line, this would not help you log into your account.
