New App changed plan

I've updated the new ID app and my plan is now showing 500 mins and 5000 texts whereas my plan was unlimited mins and texts.

Exactly same issue here, shows my plan is 9gig data but should be 63gig, re registering to a bew app is all wrong and totally gone wrong, there was nothing wrong with kld app what so ever, new app i cant find any of the old options to change/look at

The team are aware of issues with the app and they are being fixed.

Can you log out of the app and log back in to see if that makes a difference.

You can also log into your account online.

The minimum contract period for your plan ended on 15 June 2023, you’re no longer committed to a fixed contract period. 

You currently pay £10.00 per month (excluding any additional usage charges).

Now that you contract is ending, you could:
• Do nothing and keep your existing plan at £10.00 per month.
• Sign up to a new plan and contract with us.
• Switch to a different provider.


Remember, you could get a better deal as a new customer with another provider. You may also get a better deal if you purchase your mobile alongside other services, such as broadband, in a combined deal.

Your current plan will continue with us until you take any action. You won’t be charged an early termination fee if you choose to end your plan today as your contract ended on 15 June 2023. However, you will be charged up until your disconnection date.

I think you have the wrong details as my plan never ended as from day 1 ive been on a 30 day rolling at £9 a month with 63 gig data so i think you need to check again. As for the app loging out and back in now wants me to make a new account yet again, beyond a joke this

I’d recommend using the iD Mobile app/website to upgrade/change plan or call the sales team on 0207 1391 397.
