Why can't I get a new mobile phone for monthly payments? I oay regularly every month and I still don't have the right to a new device, why??

All new contracts are subject to a credit check. If the credit check has not passed we wouldn’t be able to change this.

We would advise to keep making on time payments and trying again after 90 days.
