Hello, I have signed up to a new contract (sim only) now that my original one has finished. Online, such contracts are rolling but it has signed me up to a 24 month contract. I want to know if this can be amended.

We are unable to change the term of the contract as the term would be mentioned when purchasing.
If you are within the returns period you could look at returning that contract and making a new purchase?
