I have opened two accounts last week for my wife and I and when I have received emails in regards to same the both phone numbers which are showing are not ours. Now is this a temporary issue until we give them the both PUG Codes or is this normal ?

When I registered for two new accounts, I didn’t see any information to complete re PUG Codes, is it now to late to give them

New iD connections, for new contracts will always get a new mobile number @Gordon Parr.

You can submit the PAC, for the number/s you’re wanting to keep, online.

When you’re ready, just go to https://switching.idmobile.co.uk.
