I have upgraded from an iPhone 11 to a 14, when going through the quick set up the data transfer always gets stuck on ‘updating software’ I just get the spinning circle. I am connected to the wifi but cannot get past this screen. Has anyone had the same issue and can advise what I need to do? Thanks

Have you tried updating the iPhone 14 before doing the quick transfer process
All you need is a connection to a Wi-Fi network.
Another option could be to backup your old iPhone to iCloud, then restore everything from iCloud to the new iPhone.
