Took out new contract 11 days ago with Redmi Note 11 Pro 5g for my son. Just discovered the volume buttons have fell off and can't find them. What do I do as it's impossible to contact ID!! Do I just go back to the Currys store where I got phone from?

The store will replace it if you return it within the first 30 days. Well, as long as it's not the result of physical damage of course!

Hasn't had it out the house and I bought him a full body case from Amazon for it. Turned the house upside down and can't find the buttons anywhere. Missus prob hoovered it up
After two weeks of use, something strange began to happen to the display inside, I will add that it is Honor Magic v2, and in the store they told me that I had to do everything online.
