New phone but no number or sim

Hi, I signed up for a pay monthly package on Wednesday 23rd August. The Phone arrived on Friday 25th but there is no SIM and the number that I wanted to port across from 02 is not recognised. I completed the PAC code as part of the application process but when I try to sign up to the ID mobile app with it, it is saying “number not recognised”

so, how do I get my sim delivered and how do I get my number to transfer across from O2?

I’m sorry to hear this, the SIM card should be sent with the phone.
