New phone can make calls but not receive

Hi all,

I have received a new phone Galacy S23 and have transferred my old number from O2 to ID. I can make calls and texts but nobody can call or text me. I have reset phone, restarted, removed sim etc. Also ensured not on Do not disturb, aeroplane mode etc.

I have t received any notification of rhe number switch but was told it would be today and my other phone has now stopped working.

Any ideas?

Unfortunately it could be a split port @db7even - if you can’t receive calls and text messages. 

If I was in this position I’d contact iD customer service using Facebook Messenger, or send them a Twitter DM.

The customer service agents work until 8pm on weekdays.

It sounds like a split port or the port not yet completing fully.

What message does a call hear when they try to ring you?
