new phone with an esim and not able to make or receive calls


Received a new phone and followed the instructions to activate new esim. 

I have a 5G connection but no bars

any assistance or guidance appreciated

We are sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your new phone and eSIM. 

 

Have you received confirmation that the activation of the eSIM was successful? 

When you go in to your phone settings, is your eSIM showing there and is your number showing as correct? 

 

If you are unsure on where to check this, please let us know your handset make/model and we will be happy to provide further instructions.

Sorry to hear this, what happens when you try to make a call?

 

How about sending texts and using mobile data?

 

How long have you had this issue?
