I upgraded to a new phone, and recieved it yesterday with a new sim. Which sim do i put in please, in order to retain my old number?

Hi
You can continue using the old SIM card if this fits your new phone. I would keep the new one safe though just in case it is needed in the future.

If the new plan recognises the old sim, why are we sent a new sim?
When years ago you could ring up and change your plan and the people on the phone knew not to send you a new sim? It's a load of balls because it's not needed for people going from contract to roll over pay monthly obviously using the original sim. So I'm confused why I'm sent this stupid new sim, probably because it's done automatically by a fecking computer.

Some customers are sent a new sim as they may want to use the sim on a different phone which requires a different size sim card. If not, you can carry on using your existing sim card.
