new phone wont register

New contract unable speak to anybody the app won't allow login and how can I recieve a code when I can't use the handset ??

Tried resetting as advised and no further

Has your phone network id got the same problem got 4 bars and emergency calls only

You can never speak  to anyone while network around country is down most of the day

Hi @Scorpion , @MichelleRonnie , @Rachael Priddle  and @Edwards Daniel , sorry to hear of the trouble you have faced. We had experienced some issues yesterday with our network, but this is mostly fixed now. Additionally, as a knock on effect we have experienced a higher volume of contact than usual. The iD app has become unavailable again for some customers.
