new sim


Hi my new sim is showing as not registered network and I also have recieved two sims when I ordered one but both are not working I would like a sim replacement please

We are sorry to hear about the issue with your SIM’s.

I’m aware of an issue that we experienced which has since been fixed.

Are you able to get coverage on the SIM cards now or are you having the same issue?
