Hi - have an apple iPhone 13 Pro Max and recently ordered a sim only package from ID mobile. New SIM card has arrived but it does not work. Have tried automatically setting network to ID. Have even driven around trying different areas turning flight mode on and off to get it to look for network. Still does not work. Phone is unlocked.

Was this a new Sim card or a replacement one?
Replacement SIM cards need to be activated on your iD mobile account. Quick google search:
- Log in to the iD Mobile App or My Account online
- Go to My Services
- Click Activate my SIM
- Scan in your SIM card barcode or enter the 19-digit number printed on the SIM card holder
- Wait for the activation to complete within 30 minutes.
