new sim cards have no service

I have received my 2 new iPhones today with new SIM cards. I have just joined ID. Neither SIM card appears to be active, the both have no service and I am unable to use either phone. Please advise.

Welcome to the Community!

All SIM cards are activated upon dispatch.

It seems that you have received faulty SIM’s but it’s strange that both are faulty.

We can either get 2 replacement SIM’s sent out or you can collect them for free via your local Curry’s store.
