I have received a new SIM today for a new contract, I have put it in my unlocked phone and it hasn’t worked. I’ve put it in a phone that I know works on iD and it still doesn’t work. Please assist.

It sounds like it may be a faulty SIM card.
We can either get a new SIM sent out in the port or you can collect one from your local Curry’s store.
