Hi my new sim is not working in my new phone I need another sim and can’t speak to anyone it’s a nightmare

We’re sorry to hear about that, what errors are you seeing when using the new SIM card? 
Also, if this is an upgrade I would recommend logging into your account online to ensure that the new SIM card is activated.

Hi Ryan I can’t use the sim it has a slight bend on it so I need another sim ime really not happy as I have a new phone I can’t use I just need another sim posted out

I do not have an email account and as I blocked my number I can’t get messages or codes on my phone. This a friend’s email

Please get back to us there.  If the account in quesiton is in your friends name though, we’ll need them to sign up here and contact us.  We need to speak to the named account holder directly in any case of which we’re accessing their account.
