new sim wont work in s23 or othwr phone's


I took as contract out the phone works however sim doesn't. I can't call customer services and have had to come here to try and get this resolved. 

 

Currys have given a new sim however said only I'd mobile can put the calls texts and data allowances on the new one. 

 

Please help

Do you have any bars of signal?

 

What device are you using the SIM card in?

 

Are you able to try the SIM card in another device?
