New starter - SIM not working

I got a new contract at Carphone yesterday - I have an unlocked phone which works with other SIMs but the ID SIM is still showing “No Service” this morning, and when I try to register on the app it says “Your ID mobile phone number is not recognised”.  Can you suggest a remedy?

Hi @rkcam,

 

Are you able to try the SIM card in another handset? How it behaves would give us an idea whether or not it’s a faulty SIM card you see.
