new to ID can’t make voicd calls

I joined ID last night and used an eSim, which bc installed ok. I have taken out my old sim card and my 4G/data is working but I don’t seem to be able to make or receive voice calls. I used a PAC code to keep my number, and apparently my texts come up as me with others… so why can’t I make voice calls? I do have signal (not the best but it’s there and more or less enough for 4G use), & I have restarted my phone a couple of times just in case… does it just take a while to get going?!

Have you tried restarting your phone?

 

Have you also tried to reset network settings?

 

What phone do you have please?

Don’t worry about it. I fixed it for myself - nearly a week of waiting, I gave up on this as a means of assistance.
