New To ID - using ESIM - Can't Make Or Receive Calls

Switched from Honest Mobile two mobile accounts which transferred over yesterday.  But neither number can make of receive calls!

We are set up with ESIM’s.

have tried to switch off iMessage and Facetime which were not open anyway.

Have switched off the phone and back on again but nothing seems to help.

So first impressions - far from seamless!  Without a phone to make calls for 12+ hours now… 😕

Does your phone have VoLTE enabled?

Here is a link on how to check/enable (for an iPhone 11 whcih will give you the general idea on ‘how to’ if your phone is a different model)…

You need to be connected to the (Vo) LTE (Voice over LTE) network to be able to make/receive calls.
