NHS unlimited add-on applied but still charged


I have been charged the extra data usage despite the NHS upgrade. Can you contact me as no telephone or chat available

I’m sorry to hear that.

 

When was the NHS unlimited data add-on applied? A text would have been sent to confirm?

Have you checked your iD bill to see a breakdown of the charges?

 

Charges are for the usage the month prior. If the add-on was applied after you had already incurred this out of plan usage, the add-on would not negate the charges and you’d still be liable for this.

Your bill for this month would contain usage most likely between Mid/End May - June so it depends on your bill date.

 

Have you viewed the PDF Bill for a breakdown of the charges?
