I purchased my phone on 05/06/2024, as part of a 24 month contract from ID mobile and I am still waiting for it to delivered by DPD. Three times they have attempted to make the delivery to my house, or so they claim, and all three times I have been at home. No doorbell or knock has been heard at all, they haven’t even got out of the delivery vehicle. On two of the three deliveries, I have actually tracked the vehicle using the DPD app and stood in my driveway waiting for the arrival of my parcel only to see a vehicle, stop, take a random picture, then head off. Shortly afterwards I have received a text informing me that an attempt was made to deliver my parcel and nobody was available so I should reschedule the delivery. The three pictures they have sent me bear absolutely no resemblance to my property at all. Trying to contact DPD to discuss the problem or arrange a possible collection, or a delivery on a Saturday has proved impossible. Likewise with ID mobile, no constructive help at all. If the same scenario occurs during the fourth attempt to deliver the phone on Friday, I’m afraid I will have no option but to cancel my agreement with ID mobile. To be quite honest, this has been an absolute pain in the arse…..

Thanks for your reply and apologies for not getting back to you sooner, anyway!, i cancelled my contract with ID mobile, through no fault of theirs, then went into curry’s and spoke to an extremely helpful chap who organised a new, and better contract for me, with ID mobile, then four days later I collected my new phone without the nightmare of having to deal with DPD. I certainly learnt a lesson from it all.

I'm also having a nightmare with DPD!! No delivery options work for me and they have my phone and only work Mon to Friday. Can't change the delivery address. Help! I really want my phone!

I am currently talking to you on live chat. I can see that you are working hard to resolve the issue but DPD still have my phone and it's nearly 2 weeks since I ordered my phone. I have a bill to pay but no phone 😕.

I was told it is ID mobile my cod delivery text say sim plan for Tesco I like to return my sim plan it looks scam when I was told it was ID mobile . I am going to wait for plan date 28/07/25 and then change plan on line app my self on ID mobile.

It’s been sorted I return phone box back and told them sim do not want it . On 28/06/25 is the change plan date and I will lower my data plan .

I have cancelled my SIM card with Tesco . They have said we are with Id mobile and took my id customer service pin so I changed pin that person was looking up ID community not picking up phone which i wanted to lower my data . They said we can lower your plan we are with id mobile which I did not want Tesco i don’t want Tesco Mobile. Return phone and told they cancel my SIM card

Yes ID mobile used as Tesco mobile because Tesco mobile is with o2 they trying get me as o2 I recently change my network from o2 to ID mobile . I am know with ID mobile .

No I am not with Tesco mobile what has happen Tesco was sending email that we are ID mobile that I wanted to lower my data they phone which I did not ask for and they said sim will be arriving through the post and return goods back told them to cancel my Tesco sim which I am not interested. I am only interested ID mobile network and stick one mobile number.

No I do not need Tesco mobile sim I only need one handset one network provider. I like to stay with ID mobile. I do not need Tesco mobile sim..
