No 5G in Stratford!

Very disappointed to stay in London over the weekend and NOT get ANY 5G signal ??? What is the issue here???? I have a Pixel 8 Pro which is setup correctly… wish I never joined Id mobile if this lack of 5G signal continues...

Hey there @pasty757, we were in no means calling you stupid, apologies if you felt that way, but we have to check everything with our customers to support in the best way possible.

For the postcode you’ve sent, this is a low coverage area for 5G, so we’d expect low/intermittent 5G coverage here, and only expect good 5G signal outdoors here, please see below:

Also, there we're working on fixing an issue in this area at the moment. We're sorry for any disruption this may be causing. We hope to have things fixed as soon as possible and will add any updates here.

Because of this, we’d expect even weaker 5G signal here whilst this issue is being worked on. We’d recommend using 4G in this area in the mean-time, or generally for the best coverage.

Thank you,

Tyler

Hi @pasty757,

Welcome to the Community!

Just to confirm is 5G enabled on the handset?

Do you have any postcodes for us to check the coverage at?
