No access to billing information


Anyone else still unable to access their billing information?

 

I need it for my ‘proof of address’ by the end of today.

Unfortunately we are still having issues with accessing bills, our team is working on a fix.

Yes myself included I know it not helping your problem nor many other customers but IDM are looking at all these network / account issues. Yes there should be a fast, better way to alert us of problems with customers and network services and regular updates without every member complaining or posting about the see thing.
