I ported my number to ID mobile a couple of months ago. I went travelling and used wifi now I am back I am unable to make a call to my mum also on ID mobile. It goes straight to her answering message and if she phones me it’s the same! It doesn’t show up on our phones as missed call. We have reset network on both devices phones and checked our settings. We can both phone/ receive calls from others on other networks. Any help appreciated!
