No Connection


All day I've had no internet or phone calls. I use my phone for work and heavily rely on it. I've recently changed over to this network and so far I'm not impressed. I want refunded for the time the system has been down.

You won’t receive any refunds or compensation. iD Mobile plans are for personal use only, not business. If you need an SLA, you should have signed up to a business plan that offers one.

Unfortunately from time to time, as with any technology, sometimes things don’t work as they should. We completely understand this isn’t ideal, and are very sorry this happened to you.
