No credit warning despite unlimited bundle

I have an unlimited bundle but my phone is redirecting me to the no credit page.  Whats going on!?  Internet now been off now since 3:30pm on friday.

 

I need a fix for this fairly urgently!

Put a £5 top up on that i will never use and that has restored my phone and internet.

 

Seriously P***ed off that i had to waste five pounds!

Can’t make calls either because apparently i’ve reached my cap.  I have an unlimited bundle …

Can you please confirm if you were trying to call an out of allowance number?

I have an unlimited bundle.  Texts, calls and data are all unlimited.  None of which would work.  All said I was out of allowance until I topped up £5.   Then everything started working with zero usage of the £5 top up.  Now I have a pointless £5 top up on my account that I can get refunded to me.
