no device connection

a few days ago I realized that all my calls and messages are sent via wifi, the internet from my phone doesn't work anywhere, it shows the 5g network and full connection but I can't load any website

Hi @Paula Janik, @andewhite is correct here. It sounds like you may have a faulty SIM. If you can, it may also be worthwhile trying the SIM in a different phone to rule out any device fault.

You would be able to collect a free iD SIM at any local Currys store. However, if you need one delivered to your home address, feel free to let us know. We’ll be able to send you a PM to set that up.

    If your mobile data doesn’t work anywhere, then perhaps it’s turned OFF on your handset or you’re using a faulty SIM card, @Paula Janik.
