No matter what I do I cannott get into my account. I have tried the ‘password’ change to the letter about 10 times over the last day and got nowhere. It accepts all my key strokes and I get the message “password succesfully changed” but no matter what I type into the login screen I get “Oops’ that isn’t quite right - try again” and I get locked out. Getting into this forum worked fine but the account no way! WHY?

Speak to an adviser online at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat - there are iD Mobile advisers until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).
