No eSim detected and can’t find new phone number

I need my new number to use my PAC in order to transfer my old number but it is not on any of the emails I have received or on my profile on the site. As it is an iPhone 15 I under it should be an eSIM but there is no Sim detected when I look in settings. To access my account on here I had to go through facebook because the phone number is also needed to login through the link on the email!
