no free gift received

Hi

I changed my contract to I’d mobile through carphone warehouse shop I received my phone but ear buds did not arrive, how do I get them?

You’ll need to contact Carphone Warehouse to discuss any issues you’ve had with a free gift not arriving as you placed your order via them.
