No mobile number

I have received a demand for payment for a phone that I think was owned many years ago. I am concerned this is a scam as I cannot contact anyone without knowing the mobile number and I cannot seem to access the chat facility. How do I resolve this if all of the communication involves knowing the mobile number ?

You should be able to access Live Chat @Sue Breen, even if you’re not an existing iD customer. 

Otherwise, perhaps contact iD via one of the following:

  • Private message using Facebook Messenger.
  • DM using X (formerly Twitter).

The agents work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).
