Does the handset affect your ability to receive coverage. I really struggle to get any calls on my phone at home and other areas.

Hi @nei2004,

 

The handset plays a huge part in the coverage you receive. How long has this been the case, and how long have you had the SIM?

 

Is the signal constantly weak, or are their any areas where it works well? How many bars are showing usually?

Constantly zero bars.
