No network connection

For the past couple months I've been experiencing no data coverage when I am outside and inside my home. I can't make calls or use my data at all. It only allows emergency calls. I don't know if its because more people are joining the network and iD hasn't improved their coverage, but no matter how cheap your sim only deals are nothing is worth this hassle. I've made the decision to finally leave after being stranded yesterday unable to make any calls as my data kept on dipping in and out. Going through other articles this seems to be a major problem. I'm going to a more reliable network like EE as even though it may be more pricey at lease I can RELY on their network coverage.

Sorry to hear this, please could you let us know the area where you had issues?

 

Did you have issues when joining iD Mobile or were services okay for some time and then went worse?

Yes I cannot make calls or send texts including use data. I have raised a complaint. But I am waiting on the technical team to get in touch howe er that was over 4 working days ago.  
in accordance with the contract this has been greater than 7 days.

Still awaiting the technical team to get in touch. I was told this could be up to 48 hours but it’s now been >7 days. The number you have provide I am not authorised to call according to the message when I called it!!  Do ID mobile have any sense of urgency ?? I am fed up chatting to customer service as they just go through a script and are  wanting to send out yet another SIM card.
Can you get someone to call me ?

I have recently switched from EE but I am having second thoughts.

Not happy AT ALL as I can't make or receive calls

Have you checked you have VoLTE enabled on the handset?
