I haven't recieved phone yet, you have set up a direct debit, I'm not paying for something that o haven't even got yet. 
plus your network is down apparently, great start! 
NO phone number to even contact you. 
also how would I arrange transferring number over if I can't ring you?

Billing begins upon dispatch of your device, if you’ve ordered a device it’ll be delivered next working day by DPD.

 

The network has been having some issues over the weekend, we can only apologise for this at this time, Three UK are working on a fix.
