No replacement sim recieved with phone

Hi @Caroline Frandsen, have you ordered a new contract deal and haven’t received the SIM, or have you not received a new SIM card with your upgrade? It it’s the latter option, you should be able to use your old SIM card as normal. 

If you do need a replacement SIM, you’ll be able to visit any local Currys store to collect one at anytime. If you’d like one delivered, feel free to let us know and we’ll be able to send you a PM to set this up.
