No service after trying to top up data

I downloaded ID app to add on some data, I then received a text to say my new SIM card was being activated and could take 24 hours (I did not have a new SIM card) my phone lost all service and I haven’t been able to use it for the past two days! Any help appreciated as I can’t speak to anyone at ID!

I would send ID mobile at direct message on Twitter if you can they’re quick to respond generally

I have exactly the same.  It started yesterday.  Can anyone help please.?

Try the iD Mobile live chat service, or send them a private message (PM) using facebook or twitter.

It’s best to contact iD between 9am - 6pm - that way you can chat or PM with a real person.
