no service at all dont know why i have a new number

I do not know if my old number has been transferred or not my phone is out of service I can’t make any calls or anything. To register i have to put in the code sent to my phone number  but how can I do that if I have no service? Am I supposed to live with a WiFi only phone until my sim arrives I even contacted EE for a PAC code which I sent to ID so I’m not sure why this has happened! I want to cancel my direct debit I would rather pay extra money and not be disabled from using my phone

Do you have your SIM card yet?

 

It’s possible your port has happened before your SIM card has been delivered, in which case you may need to await for the SIM card to be delivered to use it.

 

SIM only orders are delivered within 3-5 working days via Royal Mail.
