no signal

Hi. I have an iPhone XS. I have had an ok signal for last four months whilst with I’d but now I have just one bar on 4g. Is it my phone. Or is it I’d?

If you’ve got no signal on iD Mobile’s network everywhere you go @Pamela Hancox, you might have a faulty SIM card or handset. 

If the issue is in one place only, there could be a problem with the iD Mobile network in that location @Pamela Hancox
