Upgraded but no signal at all

Hi @ningwhitfield,

Did you have signal before the upgrade took place? If so, the upgrade may have come with a new SIM card which was activated within your account. Did you receive a new SIM card and if so, can you see if this works? On the other hand, the old SIM card may still work if the new one doesn’t. Please let us know.
