No sound when making a video call on whatsapp

There’s no sound when making a video call on WhatsApp. I joined about a week ago so not a  particularly good start… I’ve also noticed that a couple  of my conversations have been cut off too.

Does same happen when you’re using a Wi-Fi network connection, instead of a mobile data connection, for your WhatsApp calls @Sheyi Adelasoye?

Hey @andewhite I figured it out .It’s my Bluetooth it was on and still connected to my ear phones. Thanks for your help anyway … I still don’t  know why the conversation cuts  but I’ll be monitoring it

Glad to hear that the sound issue is resolved.

However please let us know about the calls being cut off and if the issue is only occurring when on Mobile Data.
