No transaction ID or welcome email

I’ve had no ID welcome email, or transaction number sent and I have my PAC code to switch my old number. How can I get this please as I can’t keep my old number without it and it’s not been sent. 

It says it should be on my ‘digital invoice’ but it’s not listed on the one invoice I have on my account and live chat isn’t working either, can the welcome email be sent to me?

The welcome to iD email would be sent automatically, have you double checked your junk or spam emails incase it’s gotten lost there?

 

The transaction number begins with a “4”.

Have you checked your junk and spam emails also?
