I got my new phone and ID mobile sim from Mobiles.co.uk, I have a PAC code from Vodafone but I don’t have a transaction number. What can I do as I want to keep my old number that I’ve had for over 10 years.

The transaction number can be found in your “Welcome to iD” email, do you have this? It begins with a “4”.
