Hello, I am due an upgrade, but there are no options to see 1. What upgrade options are available 2. Confirm it is due. Following the online advice to check for an upgrade is not possible as none of the tabs suggested exist on my ID account/app. Please can you advise how to proceed? Is it best to cancel my account as I do not want to continue paying for the telephone? Thanks
