I have just joined ID Mobile after switch providers, I used my PAC code to keep my phone number, so far I haven’t received a welcome to ID Mobile email and can not log into the app because my phone number doesn’t work, any ideas on what I’ve done wrong, thank you

When I switched to iD Mobile, my welcome email arrived about 1-month later,
