not able to make calls or send texts with bundle

I previously had credit which was unspent up until I purchased the bundle in December 2021. Since 5th December after purchasing the bundle I have not been able to call or send texts from my mobile, WHY ? My history shows Mt light usage but I should still be able to use my mobile, I cannot therefore I should be reimbursed.
Can you please refund the £12.00 paid out.
