Not able to make or receive calls

Hi,

 

I have two contracts one started March 2024 and other August 24. I am unable to make or receive calls on both phones. Both phones ate iPhone 14, one using physical Sim and the other eSim.

Both phones data and text is working. Tried everything I can think off, like factory reset, switching on and off nothing worked. Deleted the eSim and tried to used the QR code to reload and the QR code not working.

Please help as we do not have any land line at home.

Whilst 3G is being turned off you’ll need to ensure 4G is enabled along with Volte.

Whilst 3G is being turned off you’ll need to ensure 4G is enabled along with Volte.
