Not been able to make calls or get to website

Not been able to make a call for hours now

Also cannot login to myidmobile, just get blank page.  Used multiple browsers on different PCs - same result.

WHY?

So what happened?  Hacking?

No phone all day, nor access to account on website

Compensation???

Hi ​@mtdean  we are really sorry for any inconvenience the outage caused. Our team at Three worked as quick as they could to get everything up and running. Compensation won’t be offered at this time.

Unfortunately from time to time, as with any technology, sometimes things don’t work as they should. We completely understand this isn’t ideal, and are very sorry this happened to you.

One whole day outage - go figure.

Most of us are locked into you till the end of our contract, so we cannot vote with our feet, otherwise you would see a mass exodus with myself at point in the Vanguard

I appreciate that you do not control the mobile network - 3 does.  But they should be compensating you so you can compensate us.

If they had built in resilience and backup systems then total coverage would never be lost.  They they employ the same people who run BAs system at LHR?

This was an avoidable incident.  And nothing will change unless it hits them in the wallet.

Start a claim off 3.  I don’t care how ’quickly’ they worked.  Clearly it was not quick enough.  Maybe they should employ more engineers and those with experience and nous
