Transferred my number from Asda Mobile yesterday- all ok except I cant receive any SMS verification messages from eg Bank and other companies- really frustrating as I need to set these apps up. Went through chat and its been escalated (48 hours before a response). Looking at threads this seems to be a common problem- is there a common fix? I have done all the good stuff around re-sets, checking settings etc but still no joy.
